3. Explain local real estate procedures, including typical costs and purchase agreement details and procedures.
4. Should you be relocating, we will assist you with arrangements for a variety of relocation services. We will also provide a VIP Referral, to a leading Century 21 office at your new destination  (where available) should you require assistance to buy another home.
5. Assist you in responding to an offer to purchase by a vendor, and help prepare and complete all paperwork pertaining to the sale of your home as required and permitted by law.
6. Promptly present all offers to you or your designated representative as prescribed by law or local practice.
7. Monitor all closing activities as required and permitted by law or local practice upon acceptance of a purchaser’s offer by you.
8. Keep you well informed throughout the entire real estate purchase process and provide regular information on all sales activities, including showings, advertising, client feedback and related market activity in your area.
